Currently reading three books. Robin McKinley's The Blue Sword (yep, still working on it), Rose Tremain's Music & Silence, and Indu Sundaresan's The Twentieth Wife. Finished Patrick Dennis's Auntie Mame, which was a delightful book. Highly recommend it. The relationship between Patrick and Auntie Mame is reminiscent of Wooster and Jeeves, so any fans of P.G. Wodehouse ought to check it out.

The weather was gorgeous today, sunny and spring-like. Lifted my entire mood up. Sun reminded me to look around, and found myself examining my surroundings with new, fascinated eyes. Washington Square Park was ever so lively today, and the arch will soon be opening up again!
