Too cool:
I was shelving at the library as usual for my volunteer job, when a guy comes and asks us to move our coats from the main room. We do, and I'm curious, so I ask him why. He replies, "I'm from Women's Wear Daily, and we're doing a shoot here."
Well, dear reader, I did not know what to say to that! I didn't want to appear a tourist, so I didn't stare at them openly. But apparently, they were doing a shoot inspired by Mona Lisa Smile, so the models all were wearing fifties style cardigans and tweed skirts. Mona Lisa Smile came out a long time ago though...
But that's not the most exciting part. They actually used my book cart in the shoot! I left it standing for a moment because I was done, and next thing I know, they asked if they could use it! So watch out for Women's Wear Daily and a Mona Lisa Smile inspired shoot! You could catch a glimpse of my book cart and the place where I volunteer, which is beautiful.
