Lazing about is lovely.
Played tennis today, panted like the old woman I am while playing a young whippersnapper, who is all of 3 years younger than me. Why is it that I begin breathing heavily after the barest amount of movement? Note to self: must exercise more. Why is it that when one is out shopping, one feels as though one has nothing at home?
You know what is completely awful? I would get winded running up the stairs in my house to grab something from my room hahah. That's when I realized I needed to start exercising, which has thankfully paid off. ;-) And as for the shopping...I have no idea...but I am a sucker for any of the latest styles or new gadgets that are out. New and pretty things always get me. I'm the ideal consumer. :-[ Sigh.
No way! I do too--get winded on the stairs running up too. Which is very sad. And it's good that you are exercising now.. what do you do?
I run 2.5 miles every morning...jump rope...and do 60 push-ups a day...of course I had to build myself up to that point otherwise I would've died somewhere along the way har har.
steph - oh god. you must be the bionic woman. gahhhhhh. have you seen a lot of tonage?
