Jello Bar [Montreal, QC]
The Jello Bar in Montreal was where I had my first Cosmopolitan and Peachblossom martinis. Delicious and the band that night was awesome--funkifying up everything from Outkast to Nelly. They also played good oldies. Lovely ambiance, though the crowd was a little older than Suzanne and I.
If you love to drink a Cosmo, I have a recipe you may like even better:
1/2 oz Crown Royal
1/2 oz Southern Comfort
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
1 oz Sprite
1 oz Sour mix
splash of cranberry juice (for color)
Shake all ingredients in a tumbler with ice. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with lime.
