Missing Idaho Boy Believed Dead
This is just another instance where a sexual predator was set free far too soon. I can't believe the judge didn't look at the records more carefully--this guy is a Level 3 offender and he sets bail at $15,000?
I know that we have a problem with an overpopulated prison, but I really feel that sexual offenders need to be locked away for life. They have been proven to be the group that relapses the most often because their problems cannot be so easily solved. These people need serious treatment, and they aren't getting it in prison.
I really wish there was some easy solution to all of this.

Just fyi...California, Texas, Florida, NY and Illinois spent, alltogether, $69.28 millions on degree programs for inmates. Now over 40% of inmates in the 1st 3 states are lifers. How are they going to contribute to society? I wonder, what could you do with, oh, say, $30 million? Interesting thought....

I figured I'd rather be a gentleman tonite. I would like to remind the avid readers of this lovely woman's blog (it is so much more than that) Harry Powtta comes out 0000 Saturday.
