I feel let down.

I know I do the same things, but I am hurt. Especially at this time.

Who can you trust?

No one but yourself.

This brought a smile to my face this morning, so I am going to share.

Whenever I share an elevator with guys, I like to try and guess whether they will do the chivalrous thing and let the ladies out first, or if they will be a rude brute who shoves us aside to rush to some extremely important event.

This morning, I got on the elevator, bopping to NIN on my iPod. There was already one guy on the elevator. We were on our way... or not. Stopped on the next floor, and a nicely dressed guy gets on and stands in front of me.

I noticed him taking little glances back at me. I giggled inside my head. I guessed he was the chivalrous type.

Lo and behold, he was.

Seems like such a small thing, but it made me smile. So I am grateful for those boys out there who have been brought up properly to let ladies out first.

Lately, I have been feeling pretty listless. So anything that makes me smile is a good thing. Presenting:
